The Bailey Group provides your company with a standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) program which provides various types of information to employees of our employee benefits clients. Subscribers have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from The Bailey Group via one of our short codes, while understanding that consent is not a condition of service from The Bailey Group, and that message and data rates may apply. Mobile User Opt-In
By opting into this program, you authorize The Bailey Group to send you text messages on behalf of your employer, and acknowledge that such messages may be sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Additionally, by opting in, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age and are either the wireless account subscriber or have the permission of the wireless account subscriber to send and receive text messages under these Terms and Conditions.
Mobile User Opt-Out
You may discontinue text service at any time, by replying “STOP” to (844) 678-0490 from your mobile device. After opting out, you will not receive any additional messages, unless you opt back in.
Mobile Help
To get help, reply "HELP" to any message you receive, or text "HELP" to (844) 678-0490.
Mobile User Privacy
The Bailey Group and your company respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit text messages to you; we will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. No protected health information will be transmitted or shared. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, to protect our rights or property. Text messages through your wireless carrier/service provider are not secure messages through encryption or similar technology.
We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. No protected health information will be transmitted or shared.

Number & size of text messages can vary per user.
Supported SMS Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Bailey Group SMS programs are available on the following carriers: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others.
Mobile User Fees
Our program does not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages.
MSG &Data rates may apply from your applicable carrier, however. No purchase necessary to participate.
